Massage Therapy

Brittany Bradley

Registered Massage Therapist, RMT, BFA

Whether it’s passing that guard, shooting the triangle or maintaining a strong hold against submission, whatever the tactical approach we try, we are always asking a lot of our bodies and sometimes it’s necessary to maintain them too.

And that’s where I come in.

Helping to facilitate a way through massage therapy so we can optimize the efficiency your bodies need to function in whatever field you need it too like BJJ

When you really break down the physiology of jiu-jitsu, it’s truly an all encompassing sport both mentally and physically.

We contort our bodies beyond normal physiological range, we are constantly met with a resisting force that we must either sustain or quickly try and troubleshoot around all the while strategically planning our next mode of attack and hoping we have the endurance to do so before the time runs out. Oh and also avoiding injury at all costs. It’s a lot.

Let’s work together and ensure that performance on those mats is a pleasant on. Mitigating as much injury as possible and ultimately enhancing the pure joy of it.

Let’s go. Excited to meet you.
